What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a mobile cryotherapy company specializing in CRYO SLIMMING in the comfort and privacy of your home! If you feel like you have any stubborn fat areas on your body that you want to be reduced, then we're the company for you!
Tell us about yourself
We first opened up the business in 2018, just doing regular cryotherapy sessions to help reduce inflammation and pain associated with injury and arthritis. When a new innovative, non-invasive device came along that kills fat cells, we made the leap and purchased it. Since then, we have been helping individuals shed fat cells within minutes! Showing clients their before and after photos is our favorite because the look on their faces is priceless! That's what keeps us going each day!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishment is helping our clients feel great about themselves.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner, especially a sole proprietor, is that you have to do everything on your own to start. Marketing, sales, phone calls, calendar, website, emails, inventory, etc., has to get done. At times it can become overwhelming.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be an expert in your field. Know everything there is to know. Shop around for the services that are critical for a startup. You can always find a company that provides the same service at a fraction of the cost. Finally, market your product or service on social media. It's been the lifeline of our business.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
As a business owner, you never know who you are going to meet. So be friendly to everyone because that one person might take you places you never dreamed of!
