What's your business, and who are your customers?
Beck’s Broth has reinvented hot chocolate and coffee by creating an innovative line of beverages that use bone broth as their base. The pasture-raised bone broth adds a creamy texture to these drinks, which is very soothing to the digestive system and body as a whole.
In addition to the bone broth, we only use the highest quality ingredients, so you can trust that every sip will be filled with clean and healthy nourishment without the use of preservatives or additives.
The majority of our customers are women who are look are looking to support their health and wellbeing through nutrition, especially younger mothers.
Tell us about yourself
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in gut health and stress management. My reason for creating these nourishing elixirs is that I wanted to show my clients that they can still enjoy their favourite drinks in a nourishing and delicious way.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Connecting with the community and improving individuals' health. This job is truly so fulfilling, and I feel so grateful that I have made many new friends along the way.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is creating a work-life balance. Since I love what I do, I have difficulty shutting down at the end of the day. Some nights I have the drive and energy to work all night.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
