What's your business, and who are your customers?
I make natural skin and hair care products for men, women, and children. It promotes skin health and hair growth.
Tell us about yourself
My daughter is what first got me started making products. When she was a baby, it took longer than usual for her hair to start growing, she also had really dry skin, so I started making hair products to promote her growth and skin products to help her skin from being so dry and itchy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is providing products that actually work.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is staying consistent with your customer engagement and interactions through social media and coming up with new products that people actually will need and use.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- NEVER give up.
- Consistency is key to getting your business where you want it to be.
- Invest in what you believe in! Nothing is going to happen overnight, but what you put into your business is what you're going to get in return, don't get discouraged.
