What's your business, and who are your customers?
Beautifeye is more than a lash and brow company. We are all about creating the most memorable experience for every customer that walks in. Our stylists are passionate, driven, and accepting of all backgrounds. We listen to everyone's needs and deliver beauty through one set of eyes at a time.
Tell us about yourself
I got my Cosmetology license in 2010, thinking I wanted to do hair. I quickly discovered that was not what I saw for myself. Since I had my Cosmetology license, I picked up lashing and fell in love with connecting with clients and seeing them come to life when they saw their new look. Something that motivates me every day is always stepping up my game. Every day I show up as my best, and every day I strive to show up better than the last.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is building my team and seeing them flourish in their own ways. We are all interested in different things, but supporting them in their endeavors and coming together as a team sharing one mindset is great.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I like to not focus on the hard things, and I choose not to give power to negativity, but if I had to say, I would say COVID was a hard situation to maneuver. Fortunately, we have nothing to complain about too much!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Stay consistent!
- Find your niche and master it.
- Don't let negative words or people put you down for doing your best.
