What's your business, and who are your customers?
Emotional Health coaching: A perfect customer for emotional health coaching is someone who is seeking personal growth and is motivated to improve their overall well-being. This individual may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or stress and is looking for a holistic approach to address these challenges. They are open-minded, willing to explore their emotions and patterns of behavior, and committed to making positive changes in their life. They have a strong desire for self-awareness, self-reflection, and self-improvement and are willing to invest time and effort into the coaching process.
Tell us about yourself
I am an athlete, blogger, and coach who has inspired and helped people worldwide with my open and honest discussion about anxiety. Having struggled with general anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD, I know firsthand how it feels to live with this struggle on a daily basis. I spent years trying to find the right therapist, taking the right medication, looking for a natural supplement, food tests, skin tests, neurological tests, and it goes on and on. It wasn’t until I finally decided to take my life back – after almost losing it – that anxiety finally lost its grip on my life.
In the past several years, I’ve helped hundreds of people worldwide- from all walks of life and cultures. The framework I’ve assembled pulls from a wide variety of time-tested methods, is evidence-based, scientifically researched, and proven effective time and again. Now it’s my life’s passion to help others overcome their struggle and find their purpose in life.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
When I established my business, my initial objective was to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. After five years of operation, I am proud to have had the opportunity to assist a vast number of individuals globally in overcoming deep emotional challenges and promoting their healing journey.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the most challenging aspects of being a business owner is balancing the responsibilities of managing the day-to-day operations, making critical decisions, and ensuring the financial stability of the company, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting their needs.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Develop a Strong Business Plan: Start by outlining a clear mission statement, target market, and strategies for reaching your goals. This will serve as a roadmap for your business, providing a clear direction and helping you stay focused as you grow.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction: Your customers are the lifeblood of your business. Focus on understanding their needs, delivering high-quality products or services, and continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience.
- Invest in Marketing and Networking: Get your brand in front of as many people as possible. Invest in both digital and traditional marketing, as well as networking opportunities, to reach potential customers, partners, and investors. Building relationships and establishing a strong reputation are crucial for the success and growth of your business.
