What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our mission is to serve as a trusted partner, helping leaders learn what they need to learn in order to lead their organizations effectively in a changing, uncertain, and complex world. We provide our clients with a different kind of change, one which is more complex than simply adding more information to the way they may currently see the world.
When it comes to change, we tend to think in terms of how many things can happen at once. However, this is not the only way that change can happen. In fact, our brains are designed to handle more complex patterns of change than simple addition or subtraction. This kind of change is about shifting your perspective, about seeing something in a way that you never have before. It’s not about adding information to your current worldview but about changing how you view the world as a whole.

Tell us about yourself
I’m an award-winning Master Certified Coach and Team Coach (MCC/ACTC ICF), owner of BC Team Coaching Ltd, and a sought-after professional Executive Leadership and Business Start-up coach/advisor working from the CEO level on down. I’ve helped hundreds of senior leaders in the last decade (directors and above) accelerate their leadership careers and achieve business objectives in a wide range of industries.
Referenced as an impactful, direct, and encouraging coach, my passion is supporting strategic transformational change, raising the level of consciousness of individuals-teams-organizations in order to future-proof them in this VUCA world. My international background with Fortune 500 firms up to the board level gives me a solid understanding of how to manage a collaborative leadership role. I support my clients to meet and exceed their stakeholder expectations and increase their internal capabilities in order to achieve sustainable growth.
I’m not a subject-matter expert, I want my coaching style to be an anti-mentoring/consulting style, and we don’t pretend to be experts in specific verticals. I’m an expert in my method, and if we can marry our client’s expertise with our coaching methodology, we can get powerful results. Supporting executives in their journey from knowledge to wisdom is what motivates me every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
With 15+ years of experience, I’ve partnered with 100+ startups across Europe who are facing challenges of growing productivity crossing the Death Valley from TRL6-8 by increasing their transfer of learning by 20%.
Completion of my Master Coach Certification with the Internal Coach Federation (MCC ICF), one of the most rigorous and stringent credential processes in the coaching profession.
This career milestone signifies my commitment to high professional and ethical standards in the coaching industry, demonstrated through a rigorous assessment, a high degree of competence, and fluency in various skills in my work with clients and to my own continued growth. For example, currently, out of circa 50000 members worldwide in December 2022, ICF has less than 4% MCC credentials.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Working long hours and not knowing if you have enough cash flow for next month’s payroll. Pivoting a new strategy.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Work on your value proposition with empathy, understanding why a client will buy your services/products.
- Understand the trends in your market – the bigger picture.
- Write a book on your subject matter expertise.
