I teach folks how to beat acid reflux without pills or doctor visits.
Tell us about yourself
I figured out when I was working in medicine that the money was in marketing my skills. I also saw clearly that fixing the medical system - or even trying - was a one-way ticket to the poor house. So I got busy learning to write, market, create a product, and generally make my fortune online. Today, I get to do what I want. Including starting a podcast... hooray!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I had a franchise idea at an Agora company. It made $35 million. That's a big win in any business. It also made me want to leave, which was another win.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Too bloody much to do.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Don't do it unless you realize you are your own boss... and you have a really lazy, disorganized, crappy boss!
