Tell us about yourself

I started my business 2 years ago as I was going through my own journey of discovering another way to reach my health and wellness goals by incorporating Ayurveda into my daily practices, routines, and rituals. I discovered that through nourishing practices that were unique to me and where I was currently at gave me the greatest results that were sustainable in creating a life that inspired WHOLE-BODY VITALITY.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Living each day with what I teach through my memberships, workshops, online courses, and retreats. To connect with other women who are passionate about creating a life of ease, harmony, and flow that gives them the tools to enhance their health and well-being through simple daily Ayurvedic Wellness practices and listening to their intuition daily to what they need to bring more energy, vitality, and radiance to their life.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

First, it was starting, as there is doubt, imposter syndrome, stepping into the unknown, as well as tapping and tuning into what your possible clients need and want and the messaging around that. Making your content and messaging authentic and with clarity.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Knowing who you serve, your ideal client or customer. Having a clear, authentic message to reach those people. And finally, being consistent and showing up even in those difficult times within your business' growing pains.
