What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is a Venezuelan Restaurant and Food Truck. Most of our customers are Canadians that love to try authentic Venezuelan Food.

Tell us about yourself

I’m a cook with more than 20 years of experience in the food industry. My mission is to bring the authentic Venezuelan Experience to Canadian Market. I love people enjoying our food, and that makes me really happy!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Be selected as a Best Toronto Food Truck for two consecutive years.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Maintaining a healthy cash flow and hiring our staff.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a solid Business Plan, Have a good concept. Follow your dreams!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Because this is a hard business, don't give up if you feel you have a good concept.
