What's your business, and who are your customers?

I co-own a business called the Atlanta Pizza truck. We are a local catering company specializing in Neapolitan pizza making and other Italian dishes. We work with companies and individuals who wish to have pizza at their private events.

Tell us about yourself

We started in 2020 because we got laid off because of COVID. What motivates us o keep going is the overwhelming response of our customers and the excitement of making their day special.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Some of our biggest accomplishments are being the first certified food truck in the world by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) and having our truck and pizzas appear worldwide in famous TV Shows such as Cobra Kai- Netflix and Tell Me Lies - Hulu.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

A small business is a lot about multitasking. Sometimes it's difficult to keep up with all the things your business needs and also to keep pushing for growth.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be perseverant.
  2. Be patient.
  3. Be respectful towards your customers' and employees' time and ask for the same respect in return.
