What's your business, and who are your customers?

My all-female training studio is designed by myself with over 35 years in the fitness industry as a trainer/coach/athlete. I have studied my craft and designed my studio to give the most amazing workouts for women’s physique needs. All the machines women want and need for lower bodywork, and we do customize workouts as needed. We offer private or semi-private sessions. We are in Sandy Springs, which is a central location in Atlanta and close by a major interstate, so easy to get to and train often.
