What's your business, and who are your customers?
Cloud Empowerment provides Business Process Outsourcing services to small and medium-sized companies globally. Our services include eCommerce back-office processes like order processing, inventory management, customer support, data and virtual assistance, shipping and returns processing, web development & maintenance, and lead generation.
Tell us about yourself
There are so many graduates without economic opportunities in my region of Karamoja; we started out our company to create opportunities for the skilled members of our community by providing quality outsourced services globally.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Currently working with five global brands and have learned that our services are invaluable to them.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being able to keep a clear vision being an entrepreneur is a blind walk into the wilderness at the beginning; as a result, you are going to experience several uncertainties, and so, several turning points without a clear vision, you can easily give up.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get started; there are never perfect conditions to start your business.
- Vision and Focus, So many small opportunities shall come your way; without a focus, you will spread yourself in so many directions.
- Patience, Results don't come as soon; patience prepares you for the far-fetched big wins that you are working hard for.
