What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a state-of-the-art indoor farming company focused on creating sustainable food systems anywhere on earth. We are reducing the impacts of the current market by eliminating waste throughout the current supply chain. We are using technology to eliminate handling time, providing our customers with cleaner, longer-lasting produce. Together we can stabilize access to healthy, unprocessed foods anywhere on earth.

Tell us about yourself

I have always had an ambition for building new things, changing the mindset of its always been done this way. When I started to explore the new world of indoor farming and the challenges ahead, I knew I had to be a part of this new industry. After further exploring the challenges, finding the true meaning and purpose behind farming, I realized the positive changes I could create. I quickly jumped into the economics of the current agricultural supply chain to further quantify the positive impacts. Knowing the importance behind creating a sustainable food shelter anywhere on earth is a hearty cup of coffee on its own to drive motivation for this change further.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

One of the biggest impacts that I have personally created is awareness towards the problems that can be solved by increasing and stabilizing food production in controlled agriculture. I have found that a lot of people are not familiar with where their food comes from. Creating that understanding is crucial to understanding the immediate need to find a solution.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The sacrifice of missed opportunities in life to build something different for the people and communities around you. Continuous learning to stay ahead of challenges you did not see coming and being able to overcome them when they arrive.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find the need.
  2. Start with the numbers.
  3. Differentiate.

If you find a market that you are interested in, start with the numbers. If there is a need for your service, they will come, but only if the numbers align. Find the efficiency that makes your product more sustainable than anything else in the market space.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?
