What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a Facebook & Instagram Expert and Trainer. I mainly work with e-com and service enterprises that want to increase their sales and/or leads with online advertising.
Tell us about yourself
I started working for myself as I wanted to work to live the life I wanted instead of living to work. I wanted to travel the world while earning an income and having a career in a field that I had a real interest in. That's how I started my journey. I'm now a Digital Nomad traveling the world and working remotely.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to teach has been a real blessing for me. I currently give a one-day training to marketers and entrepreneurs that want to get started on their own with Facebook Ads. Teaching has forced me to step up my game as a Facebook Ads Expert.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The insecurity of money for some people. I've been lucky enough that I really never had to worry much about this. The loneliness of working by yourself can be tough as well sometimes. It's really important to get involved with other fellow entrepreneurs to exchange ideas.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get curious. Read a lot of books about business, entrepreneurship, and money.
- Get to know other people in your field. Reach out to them on LinkedIn.
- Don't ever think you got to where you wanted to be. Always aim for higher goals.
