What's your business, and who are your customers?
My Business is holistic healing, Professional Reiki Treatments & Teaching. Pranic Healing treatments & teaching for 24 years of group healing. Therapeutic Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Pranayama for more than 30 years, Mindfulness Meditation & Chakra Meditation, Healing Mudras, Quit Smoking help emotional release, group healing, healing inner child, anger management, and Intuitive counseling especially related to stress, anxiety, traumas, and self-esteem related issues. I use appropriate modalities for my clients to get the best and long-lasting results as a part of a healthy lifestyle. I teach East Indian vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free cooking classes also. My clients are who are interested in well-being at physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels and anyone suffering from any acute, chronic or psychosomatic problems.
Tell us about yourself
As a young girl, I wanted to be a doctor and could not go into medicine but started exploring different modalities; at age 50, I found reiki and learned all the levels and started teaching reiki and other modalities and treating clients since last 24 years. The results that I get motivate me to keep working every day with joy and gratefulness. Even my students also get very good results.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Job satisfaction. When someone says my pain is gone, I feel happy and want to dance; I overcame my grief, like responses from clients. When students feel their hands bursting with energy and feel excited, that is my biggest accomplishment.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Technical problems. To keep up with new things. Getting more students and clients.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Your calling, determination, not to stop though it could be slow at the start.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
My motto is, Serving others is serving myself.
