What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Certified Evidential Psychic Medium, International Psychic Astrologer, Animal Communicator, and Spiritual Teacher who has worked with clientele from all walks of life: spiritual seekers to white-collar professionals, and more. The common thread that unites them is the need to find answers and spiritual guidance to deep problems or situations in their life. I am here to provide spirit-driven guidance to give clarity, healing, and empowerment to people to achieve their highest purpose in life.

Tell us about yourself

I would call myself a modern-day mystic. I am steeped deep in the applied spiritual arts and have dedicated myself to working at the highest level of integrity, ethics, and compassion for those in need. This is my lifeblood.

I first started working on this business when urged by other professional mediums that I was ready to put myself out there. This was a surprise as I didn’t think I had been studying it long enough, but the universe kept urging me, and I accepted the invitation.

I am motivated to be the best that I can be in what I do and know that I am fulfilling my purpose in doing this.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having the faith to put myself out there was a giant milestone because this is a profession that relies on Trust. Trusting in yourself and in the spirit world is vital in a practice that often mystifies explanation or any reasonable sense of control. Beyond that, being invited to a lengthy interview as an Astrology expert for a broadcast tv show for a major network was exciting.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The millions of things that have to be done to build a successful business with not so unlimited resources or time. Each aspect of a business is vitally important, sometimes critical, and one must either hire the right people or educate oneself in that regard. But that is oftentimes no match for those who are experts in their specific field.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Knowledge is key. There are millions of things that one needs to know, and unless one has taken extensive business training or courses, one needs to constantly educate oneself. Reading resources on how to start a business successfully will save a lot of time and missteps.
  2. Constantly improve. Keep enhancing all aspects of your business, particularly design and marketing strategies. Nowadays, many successful businesses that interface with consumers invest time in a strong brand with a good design and user experience.
  3. Constant feedback. Feedback from experts on all aspects of your business and feedback from your customers is important to pinpoint what areas need improvement.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Tenacity, humility, and strong emotional intelligence are all important ingredients for the long haul.
