Tell us about yourself
I was a practicing attorney for nearly 15 years. However, it was always my dream to be an entrepreneur and own my own business. I began working with Andy Thomas several years ago as a client to begin my career transition. He helped me make changes in my career, and now it is my mission to help others achieve the same.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Making an impact in people's lives and being able to do so on your own terms.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The buck stops with you, so you have to wear multiple hats. You have to be willing to do whatever is required to succeed.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a vision and know your why.
- Prepare a plan and execute it with purpose.
- Be prepared to adapt. Things never go according to plan!
