We help health and fitness professionals build websites that attract their ideal clients.
Tell us about yourself
I worked both as a personal trainer and an occupational therapist and, after many years in practice, realized that my strength is in marketing. I love that I still get to work beside my health and fitness professionals to help them grow their businesses. Attention is the modern-day oil. The more of it you have, the wealthier you'll become.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Making the leap to start a business when everyone told me it would fail. I didn't grow up with entrepreneurship. It felt foreign to even think that I could start a business. It hasn't come without its pain and challenges, but it is one of the best decisions I've ever made.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Becoming attached to it. It can feel like being a parent at times. Constantly thinking about it, nurturing it, and planning for the future. I'm not a parent, but I can see why being one is so rewarding. There is a lot of fulfillment in overcoming hard things.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get crystal clear on who you're customer is.
- Solve one specific problem for that person.
- Market on one platform (the one your audience is on).
