What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are the team you would hire to grow your Amazon business to its full potential. AMZ Bees is a full account management agency dedicated to bringing clients results they couldn’t even imagine. Slow and steady, not for a day but every day.
Our partners are busy US and European business owners with established, proven, and tested brands and products. Each of them is a top priority, and our mission is to take off the heavy lifting from their shoulders and take care of their e-commerce health. They take care of the essential aspects of their life.
Tell us about yourself
I have a solid background from my family. My parents have a small family business, and 8 years ago, I started with Amazon to help them grow it further. Motivated by the significant Amazon benefits, I started thinking about my agency. I wanted to continue helping other brands grow their businesses on the platform. 4 years ago, I founded AMZ Bees, and I truly believe that the best for us is yet to come.
My motivation to continue what we, as a team, do is to see that we can achieve results through consistent and precise actions. We follow strict rules of how things have to be done. Of course, our clients’ results also motivate us. Personally, I’m really motivated by the opportunity to grow my team’s expertise and qualification! This way, we become better and better every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a 24-year-old business owner, my biggest accomplishment is my financial independence. When my peers had just finished college and started to build their careers, I could be calm that these challenges are behind my back. Hard work, when managed right, always pays off. I’m an investor in several start-ups and invest in different funds. I meet and communicate with specialists from different businesses and niches with an incredibly useful and inspiring experience. Each of these meetings helps me grow emotionally and as an expert, which is the best part. Of course, this is a very long journey with many new accomplishments to reach, but I’m happy I have a strong base and material freedom to continue forward.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is you don’t have someone directing or telling you what to do. You have the freedom, but at the same time, you will not have the knowledge or experience to grow and pass a certain phase. You have to really go out of your comfort zone and hire experts that can help you grow your business to the next level. Choose your trusted business coaches, learn from other business owners’ experience, and, of course, your team’s qualifications.
The real business has to be out of egocentric decisions or the inability to admit you can’t be an expert in everything. You can’t trust YouTube to build an empire for you. It’s a tough and time-consuming period that actually never ends.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Before you start to run a business, become an expert. Do it in whatever field and niche you think it’s interesting and, most importantly, has the potential. Look for something that has demand and space on the market. If you start a business without capital, make sure you have experience in different companies. Gain knowledge and expertise and build yourself as a high-level specialist.
If you start your first company, don’t do it with investors, borrowed money, and a lot of risks. Start a business where you don’t need capital - the service industry, for example. I also started my own business without capital. In the first month, I earned around $2000, which was great for a 19-year-old student.
To grow, run and maintain business, hire great specialists and train them. Train them to your niche but help them level up their qualifications, too. As a CEO, you will be the company’s visionary, but there will be things you are not good at. I mentioned above that you can’t be a master at all things. It’s not even needed. Learn to delegate and fill in the room with people smarter than you. Cut the bottlenecks. Be a leader and not a boss.
