What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Holistic Practitioner and CEO at The Oasis Holistic Healing Center. I serve clients seeking to shift, evolve, transform and heal on a Holistic level. I offer different modalities to meet my client's unique needs. Using modalities such as Reiki, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Spiritual & Business Life Coaching, Guided Meditation, Aromatherapy, Herbal Medicine, and more to empower my clients to heal their minds, body, and soul. My clients are enabled to attain a peaceful, relaxed, and balanced state of being and overcome destructive behaviors, addictions, phobias, stress, anxiety, and physical pain. And so much more.

Tell us about yourself

I choose to show up every day for other people because I want others to feel loved, seen, and heard. I want others to find hope in the hopeless. Possible in the impossible. Above all, I want them to NEVER give up on their heart's desire.

In my life there have been times that I needed someone like that in my life, and I know what it feels like to feel alone. I decided a long time ago that I never wanted others to feel how I felt through my struggles, and I vowed to do whatever I could to inspire and help others. I think it was/is a huge part of my own healing process.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

True accomplishment for me comes in the results of my clients. When a client has that "Aha" moment or learns to master their mind and take back control of their life or start to ask themselves questions like, "Does this support the life I am trying to create? The biggest accomplishment for me is witnessing my clients' growth, and their lives change.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is stepping out of your comfort zone and taking risks to accomplish your goals over and over again as well as working long hours and setting boundaries for things that do not align with your goals.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. In high school, I attended a leadership camp, and the camp theme was "If you believe it, you will achieve it." This is so true and a perfect example of how our thoughts create our reality. Believe in yourself so much that you live your life as though you already have it, and soon it will become your reality.
  2. Never give up! Learn to see failure and setbacks as a lesson, and if you look hard enough, you may find a "blesson" or lesson with a blessing. There will always be obstacles. Maybe it feels huge at the moment, but that is when it is most important to keep going.
  3. Just do it! Stop waiting! Stop making excuses. Stop thinking everything has to be perfect. The first step is often the biggest and hardest, but once you take it, you will find moving forward is easy! What are you waiting for?

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

You never really know the true impact that you have on others. So whatever your passion in life is…. Don't wait!! Don't wait for better circumstances or for change. Take the first step today. You will be so glad that you did!!!
