What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an award-winning certified Spiritual Business Coach. My clients are women who are truly spiritual, open to spirituality, or just curious. They are 1-5 years into their business but do not have the resources, knowledge, or skills to make consistent money or get clients. I help them to become magnetic manifesters in their business, using strategies and spirituality. My business is international - which is wonderful as I can help so many people.

I work with them to remove blocks that are stopping them from success, i.e., emotional and trauma-related, and also help them to align their energies to their business, shift their mindset and create positive daily habits. Working with me, my clients get a 360 approach - holistic, logical, and practical.

Tell us about yourself

I knew from the age of nineteen that I wanted my own business, just didn't know what at the time. I went down the corporate route with a 6-figure salary but got burnt out after years of stress, tiredness, and non-stop demands. That's when I got to a point in my life where I knew now was the time for my transition. I still wasn't 100% clear on what it was, but I had always had a passion for studying how humans tick in every sense, behavior, psychology, body language, and of course, spiritually. I was watching Oprah, and a guest there mentioned life coach - I instantly knew that that was what I wanted to do. Studied for three years alongside my corporate job, and when I qualified - I quit the corporate world.

It took many, many years for my business to join seamlessly into spiritual and strategies. Both were separate personal development journies, and me truly embracing myself completely. Once I did that - the magic started to happen, and things just fell into place. 2020 was a turning point for my business. Due to the worldwide COVID lockdowns, the increase in being online skyrocketed, taking my business with it. I truly love what I do. Don't get me wrong, entrepreneurship is challenging, but equally, I meet and work with so many amazing people, and knowing that my skills and knowledge are helping to change lives is priceless!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I recently won an award for 'Life coach of the year 2022/23'. It's not so much about the award but more about the feeling I have now that I am truly on my journey and being recognized for the hard work, sleepless nights, and sometimes the zero money in the bank that this journey has had.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest thing is learning that to succeed in business truly, you need to have a strong foundation for your personal growth. This journey is challenging, and you need to be able to support yourself, pick yourself up and motivate yourself when others are too busy to do it for you. The responsibility lies with you 100%.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Those are easy as some I wish I had done sooner:

  1. Work with an expert who can help save you time, money, and wasted years trying to figure it out yourself.
  2. Invest in your personal growth - pay for courses, experts, books, seminars, etc.
  3. Surround yourself with people who pick you up and do not drag you down.
