What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a Tarot Reader, Channeler, Reiki Master, and Personal Development Coach. My customers are mainly women who are motivated to deepen their intuition, live out their true purpose, and build confidence to make their dreams a reality. Through a combination of energy work and coaching, we manifest their goals and ultimately create their dream life.
Tell us about yourself
When I was 22, I found an old tarot deck in a thrift bookstore. Little did I know that this moment would change my life! I became interested in reading cards and made it a daily practice. This eventually led me to build a YouTube channel, start offering readings and share my knowledge of spirituality with the world.
In my "previous life," I was a leadership coach. I now combine energy work and behavior change tactics with helping others heal and develop their intuition. I am a pure channel and receive psychic messages, but I was not born with this ability -- it's something I developed over time. What motivates me is teaching others that intuition can be learned, just like a muscle you build at the gym. When I guide others to follow their intuition, it creates a ripple effect in their life; they end up more fulfilled because of their ability to tune in and trust.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I think the standard answer would be building a large following on YouTube and Instagram by sharing what's in my heart. But my real answer is walking alongside others in their healing. I've watched people transform from dark places simply because they were open to applying the advice from their Spirit team. Therefore, my biggest accomplishment is just being the channel and showing up as fully present in every session.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It's undoubtedly a lonely journey, especially if you do something "out of the norm." It's common to feel like you lack resources. At times, you will feel judged by those around you for choosing a less standard path. That said, those who do appreciate you truly value you -- and that has always been enough for me. I would never want to be anyone else, and all of the lessons and learning I've had to do were part of the journey.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
My first tip is to make sure that you offer something unique. It doesn't have to be something as "intense" as being psychic -- just remember, no one does what you do in exactly the same way. Once you know what you're offering, make it your own to the best of your ability. It should have your energetic footprints all over it.
My second piece of advice is to be confident. Some people will question you and your dreams -- and you just have to keep pushing. If you persist, you will be successful. Be confident in your goals, and don't let anyone tell you that you can't do them. It's just not true. Anyone can make it as long as they're persistent.
My third piece of advice is to be open to iterating. There is never one perfect solution, and it's important to follow the market and observe the changes around you. The way that people learn and process information is shifting rapidly; you have to observe these shifts and find a way to run with them. For me, it has meant adjusting my offerings while always staying true to my core value proposition of helping others trust themselves.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Ultimately, anyone can build and run a business. Running a successful business, however, relies on harnessing your personal power. You have to believe in yourself and trust that you'll create abundance. The more you realize just how powerful you are, the more you understand that you create everything around you -- from your friendships to circumstances and business success. Once you fully respect the power of your own being, you will come out on top!
