What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a funding and business writing platform. We write SBA-lender-ready business plans that people can use at the banks to obtain funding.
Tell us about yourself
I was already writing plans and realized that I was making something from it, loving what I was doing and the support I gave others to achieve their dreams, and turned it into a business model.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Maintaining stability in an unstable market.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Implementing change management when strategic plans are not working, or something has trended to change. Ensuring that the business can sustain itself in these changes.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Make sure you have enough capital to start with, always have a business plan for strategy because it will help you, and keep an advisor or mentor with you to help guide and encourage you when you are struggling.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Maintaining a business can be difficult, but the rewards are very fulfilling. You get to make a difference in the lives of the people you meet, so keep pressing forward!
