We started helping nurses when we saw a big shortage of nurses. We want to continue to help bridge that gap each and every day.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being disciplined. It can be easy not to want to get certain things done, but that's why you need to know your why.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just start - don't worry about the things that don't matter at the beginning, such as LLC and the legal side of things. Prove that your business model can make money and then worry about all of those things.
- Know your customer better than you know yourself.
- Never give up. It's only a failure if you quit.
