What's your business, and who are your customers?

All Aboard Financial is a virtual financial services agency located in Carrollwood, Florida. We provide tax, CFO, accounting, and insurance services to individuals and small businesses throughout the US. We specialize in growing small businesses and understand the complexities that new business owners face. We are ready to assist you with tax preparation, bookkeeping, or financial advice about your day-to-day operations.

Our agency puts an emphasis on financial education as our clients count on us to provide expert knowledge and compassionate care for all of their financial needs.

Tell us about yourself

I have always known that I was an entrepreneur; however, I did not always know what industry I wanted to work in. To date, I have explored more industries than I can count, but I finally found my passion in financial services in 2015. I was initially afraid to take the leap into full-time entrepreneurship, but when presented with a business opportunity in 2018, I decided it was time to launch my business. I took my love for education and passion for my community to build an agency geared toward providing financial literacy. Entrepreneurship is one of the hardest things that I have ever done, but if given a choice, I'd choose this life every time. When the days get tough and the hours are long, I remind myself why I started.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My greatest accomplishment is seeing my clients cry..... with tears of joy, of course :-) When clients reach their financial goals or our firm helps reduce their tax liability, those moments are the ones that keep me going.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

For me, the hardest part of being a business owner has been building a positive mindset. When I initially started my business, I did not have a ton of support. Many people told me to get a real job, especially when finances were tight. It was hurtful thinking that family and friends did not support my vision, but after a while, I learned that my vision is for me to see and for others to witness.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Take time to research your business idea before launching. This will allow you to gain insight into the ins and outs of the industry.
  2. Seek the help of both an Accountant and Attorney early on.
  3. Have fun in your business.
