What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business is called Albatenius, and we focus on empowering individuals to pass exams to become either pharmacists or pharmacy technicians in The United States. In addition, our team helps those who are trying to start online courses or training businesses. We offer services from initial planning to marketing and growing a follower base.
Tell us about yourself
I have been a registered pharmacist since 2015 and have encountered many individuals seeking help to prepare for their exams. I love that I always have to stay updated when it comes to guidelines and practices; this continuous pursuit of knowledge enables me to better serve those who I help.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping thousands of students from different disciplines pass their exams.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
It is hard to find individuals that share the same level of urgency and commitment that you have for your business. In addition, communicating the vision to some team members can get frustrating, especially if their motive doesn't align with the business's core values.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Identify your motive, know the sacrifices expected along the way, and learn from others in your industry.
