I help fast-growing companies achieve consistency & efficiency by documenting their processes/procedures & ensuring they are adhered to.
Tell us about yourself
I love bringing order and organization into companies. My "genius zone" is in simplifying and systematizing complex situations. I have been working with businesses for almost three decades, and I have seen business owners struggle to scale rapidly due to not having processes and procedures documented and followed but, at the same time, not having the time or expertise to create the needed documentation. I founded Business Success Consulting Group to help fast-growing companies lacking consistency document their processes and procedures so they can grow and scale. We provide a "done for you" service, and the amazing results that we get every single day are what motivate me to do what I do.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is building a great team that helps me accomplish our mission. We built great internal systems (we do ourselves what we tell our clients to do!) that allow us to service our growing clientele and provide consistent results.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is the ability to predict unexpected changes and be able to pivot and change to make the best out of those changes.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make a decision to do it and stick to it, and do not give up.
- Create and document your processes and get them followed by all.
- Surround yourself with great, like-minded people, whether staff or trusted advisors, that can help you grow and do better (and get rid of any negativity!)
