What's your business, and who are your customers?
AcuSoul is an acupuncture & food therapy clinic focused on improving your health from a holistic perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our customers are hardworking people in the Toronto region that just need a boost in their health and wellness goals. We treat a variety of ailments, including neck pain, sciatica, migraines, IBS, painful periods, neurological conditions, and fertility health.
Tell us about yourself
At AcuSoul, we are passionate about improving people's health one step at a time. While traveling through China, I witnessed how TCM/acupuncture can be used to help people with health disorders. This inspired me to study it later on in life. The ability to help someone heal through their health issues is always the most fulfilling aspect of my work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment has been building the practice to a self-sustainable level. I believe I could only do this through my faith and belief that this is what God wanted me to do in life.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Maintaining a strong mindset and remaining authentic. It's easy to be influenced by what you think society wants you to be. Staying true to yourself and your values is important.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
