What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are an Acupuncture & Massage Therapy Clinic. We treat women going through transitions, fertility, and menopause, and anyone with chronic, acute pain, auto-immune issues, anxiety, and those who want to relax.
Tell us about yourself
I have been in the healing field my entire professional life, over 20 years. I began with meditation and learned massage, reiki, energy work, acupuncture, and Chinese medicine.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We are a woman-owned, run. We have four practitioners and two office locations. We serve two cities, and it's very exciting!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Marketing, fluctuations, and the pandemic was a challenge.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find a coach or someone's business you want to emulate and copy and learn from them.
- Get help setting up your business. Get an accountant, it's worth it.
- Take days off.
