What's your business, and who are your customers?
We combine exercise science with the latest research on brain health to help our clients create resilient brains so they can stay sharp now and for the years to come. Our clients are 45-65 years old individuals who have seen firsthand or know of someone that has gone through some type of dementia and wants to do whatever they can to keep the brain as healthy as it can be as the years go on.
Tell us about yourself
I have been in the fitness business for over ten years and was always passionate about seeing others change for the better. Seeing the smiling faces when someone reaches the goal we set keeps me waking up each morning with a fire. Specifically, with brain health, there is so much new research out there as far as physical activity and the brain, and I wanted to be able to help inspire others and give hope to others in an area where there isn’t much hope. Growing up, I saw firsthand the effects of Alzheimer’s on my grandpa and grandma.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
2016 Global Franchise Personal Trainer of the Year.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Staffing and hiring.

- You can’t do it on your own. Find, hire, and inspire your team.
- Continue to grow yourself each day.
