What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a training startup based in Istanbul, Turkey. We provide tailored training solutions for corporations and government institutions. We provide online, offline, asynchronous, and synchronous trainings. Whether you need a nine-month boot camp program or just a two-day advanced development refresher, we are there for you. We provide trainings on artificial intelligence, mobile application development, web development, metaverse, blockchain development, design, and so much more.
Tell us about yourself
I have been teaching more than 400.000 students worldwide on online & offline platforms for years on programming & cyber security. I have been involved with many software projects in the past, and I continue to work on multiple ones right now! If I see a student achieve some life-changing goal, such as publishing a mobile application or getting a really good job, it just motivates me to create more! That is why we created Academy Club. In order to pursue this feeling at a corporate level as well.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We are working with giant firms such as Google, Turkcell, Is Bank, Migros, Huawei, and so many more! We touched more than 500.000 students with our trainings up to date, and this number grows every day!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It is to create a balance between daily tasks and long-term vision. Sometimes they overlap; sometimes, they just drift apart from each other. Regardless of the context, you need to ensure everything works out smoothly in an agile way on day to day basis while keeping a clear vision for you and your company in the long run.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You have to work harder than ever.
- If you choose a business that gives you pleasure in life, working harder than ever will be very easy for you.
- If you do not want to comply with the first two tips, reconsider your position.
