What's your business, and who are your customers?
I have an online training business through which I help managers and entrepreneurs to be more productive thanks to an approach that I have developed, the scientific approach to productivity. This approach is based on neuroscience and on the optimization of nutrition, sleep, and cognitive skills.
Tell us about yourself
My company's core values, as well as my own, are to enable people to reach their true level of productivity. A level that does not depend on tools or hacks but on their ability to have a powerful brain and an energetic body to allow them to exploit and express their skills.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
To have federated a community around my values.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Stabilize my income and learn from my occasional failures.
