What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a handcrafted chocolaterie and patisserie shop. Our customers are people who enjoy the unusual flavors of chocolates and pastries and customers who are looking for gifts.
Tell us about yourself
I've been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and was not pleased with how the industry was heading. I decided to open A Cacao Affair to offer customers a truly optimal service and product experience.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishment has been to grow from single-person management to a 9 employees business while keeping our quality standard in a few years.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing as a business owner is the responsibility to keep your employees and customers happy.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
