What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business is a roastery and coffee shop chain. Our customer base range from all walks of life, with a primary group between the ages of 18-35.
Tell us about yourself
The reason we started was a great opportunity with a great location on the corner of Hope Street and Harman Street in Liverpool. My motivation and persistence come from my determination to continue giving people the opportunity to excel within the company and provide relaxing spaces for customers to enjoy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner was surviving and growing through COVID.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is taking emotion out of decision-making.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be prepared to work harder than you've ever worked before.
- Pick a team based on ethics, morals, and trust over anything else.
- Be prepared to sacrifice some enjoyment in life at times to achieve what you want to achieve.
