What's your business, and who are your customers?
It's a Fusion Cuisine Catering company that specializes in Fusion Cuisines w/Southern Flare. Our customers range from Curious Foodies to Celebrities; we aim to show you things you have never seen or tasted before. When it comes to hands-on, we've even supported our Las Vegas postal workers by feeding them, we love taking care of all & we believe your surrounding communities should be a priority first.
Tell us about yourself
I started my company solely out of passion; I wanted others to experience the creativity in how I saw food. I've always been fascinated since 7yrs old with how you can put raw ingredients together & create a wholesome meal. I'm motivated each day because it's always something new you learn with food, with clients, and the ambiance of it all; that makes me want to keep pushing the envelope to see how far & new is next.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to reach clients from all over the world, knowing that my food connected them to a new experience.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Meeting everyone's demands, customer service is #1 in the business period; trying to facilitate a customer's request at times can be a task, and trying to help everyone doesn't always go like you plan it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Only you know what your dream looks like, do not become engrossed in others' negative opinions.
- Inherit an Entrepreneurial mindset.
- You will likely fail several times before success, do not ever give up; fix your mistakes & go back at it again because this time you're working with more experience than you started with.
