What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an Embodiment Coach. I help moms heal unresolved trauma and empower them to embody an abundance mindset. Many moms get stuck in the "fourth trimester" and lose their sense of self in the role of mom, partner/wife. This leads to getting stuck in patterns of frustration, disappointment, guilt, and resentment. I support moms in restoring their connection with themselves. Only then can they truly show up for their kids and partner with presence, joy, and energy. I'm here to help mothers step into their power and pursue their passions.

It's easy to become a Martyr Mama. Here's how it evolves. Once you bring your child into your home and family, you go through the "Fourth Trimester." Even though you love them beyond measure, you still feel a sense of loss. Loss for your independence, Loss for your pre-mom identity, Loss of your time day-to-day. This sense of loss is normal for all moms, but some never get rid of it. I was that mom too. Motherhood cracked me open. I knew I had to get back the parts of me I'd given up to be a mom. I had to reframe my reality and realign with my divine gifts. I love life, and I love empowered evolution. When I work with a client, I see beyond their problems and connect with their potential. The work we do together is bridging the gap between them, embodying that potential. I love the transformation process; it's messy, and it's beautiful; when moving through the pain, we heal and create space for us to hold all of us.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I am so proud of the programs I have created that have helped hundreds of clients heal unresolved trauma and unconscious patterns and embody their full potential. I am also a published author with many more books to come. I am passionate about empowering my clients towards self-mastery, illuminating the way with the healing arts and deep soul wisdom.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I struggled with the early years as an entrepreneur: being authentic. We often try to appease everyone that we come across, and the one size fits all approach doesn't work with sustaining those long-term client relationships. It's so important to understand your client, their pain points, and how you can serve them through your own uniqueness and offerings. Staying authentic to your voice and your brand creates trust and transparency.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Just START! Many entrepreneurs delay their dreams because it's "not the right time." There will never be a perfect time than now, so move forward with courage and share what you offer.
  2. Be Authentic and Be Passionate. You are not for everyone, so don't sell to everyone. Know your client and know what you're offering. Most importantly, LOVE what you do, and make sure you're having fun! Nothing excites and motivates people more than how passionate you are about who you are and how you do what you do!
  3. Be Consistent. Show up and show up consistently. Cultivate connection and build your community. Daily quantum leaps lead to beautiful timeline jumps! Don't give up! Remember why you started.
