What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are the Zen when it comes to Moving - Decluttering - Managing Homes. From arranging quotes for your move, prepping, packing, unpacking, decluttering, making your bed, and filling the fridge. We will be there with you every step of the way.
Decluttering - Organizing. We have seen it all. No need to worry. There is no judgment here. 515 will come in and work with you side by side or take the project and run. Homes, single rooms, storage units, offices, and garages. Declutter, organize, purge, donation.
House Managers. Many of us love to vacation and have 2nd homes. 515 will manage your home while you are on vacation or at home, working with your vendors and house staff, keeping your home safe and running smooth.
Our customers are families moving to new homes, seniors moving to assisted living or smaller homes, and people who would love to organize their kitchen, pantry, bedroom, or entire home without stress, as well as people with several homes that travel and need to keep their homes running while they are not there.
Tell us about yourself
I have always been the one to lend a hand. I first started my journey organizing and managing homes in the 90's when one of my previous bosses asked me to house sit and, while I was there, shop for the family. That shopping turned into organizing the pantry and the guest room.
Once they came home, they had purchased a new home in Beverly Hills and asked if I could help them with the move and then assist their mom to a senior home and help her to declutter. And so the story began. After years of working for several families, I opened my company, 515 Connexions.
515 is my birthday (May 15 - don't forget it. And every time I look at the clock, it is 5:15 - it was definitely a sign ), and Connexions is what I do. I put all of my contacts together and assist all of my customers with the very best in services.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Actually making a living working for myself!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Helping people, especially seniors, detach and declutter years of items that they can longer hold on to due to space. It is very heartbreaking, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel. We have many ways to assist them with the very slightest of pain.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don't give up!
- Always find another way not to work for someone else.
- Say yes to as much as you can. If you don't know how to do it, find a way.
