What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Disciplining myself to do the small tedious things, like invoicing and advertising.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Knowing where to put most of your time and effort into. It is hard to cut out the unnecessary.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
