I've helped hundreds of partners reach millions of customers using social media.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The ups and downs. One month you are riding high on your accomplishments, and the following month you see a dip in engagements. Then the next month, you see a hockey stick in revenue earned.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Fundraising: To secure funding, start with thorough research and preparation, approach investors strategically with a solid business plan, pitch your unique value proposition, and network effectively.
- Customer Acquisition: Create a strong brand identity, develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages digital channels, incentivize referrals, and prioritize customer feedback.
- Managing Growth: Strategically by hiring, expanding offerings, and entering new markets while scaling sustainably, partnering or outsourcing to free up internal resources, and adjusting strategy to stay competitive.
