As a strategic and innovative HR Executive with a proven track record of both transformational and nationally recognized execution in a variety of human resources programs, I'm known for my foresight. I am particularly strong in anticipating challenges and formulating solutions to prevent, mitigate, and resolve business-related issues and matters.
Provide transformational HR leadership. Throughout my career in industries ranging from consulting in government services, healthcare manufacturing, and retail operations, I expertly orchestrated and managed organizational development and culture change. I leveraged best practices, principles, and methodologies to consistently improve productivity, profitability, and performance.
Talent Development! Identifying Talent and developing people is one of my greatest strengths. I've developed, deployed, and delivered programs for leadership development, professional certification, and career paths that not only improved performance but also increased retention and engagement.
I practice servant leadership, foster inclusion in ideation and decision making, and remove any barriers to success individually and corporately. Creating cultures of meaningful work. As a consultant and a true business partner with different customers, I provide strategic direction and leadership to align business strategies with HR strategies in a way that supports the organizational vision and mission. What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I like things very basic. Suppose feels in today's complex world of technology that we have lost the basic concepts. My great accomplishments as a business owner have been the ability to simplify HR processes and policies to help organizations navigate without overthinking. My customers tell me I make their dreams come true.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about becoming a business owner is just that, becoming a business owner. Getting started and not knowing. After you get into the swing of it, it just becomes easier with time.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Get started... Plan, but don't get stuck. Don't overanalyze. Don't be afraid. Take your first step.
