What's your business, and who are your customers?
15FIFTEEN Media Group is an American entertainment company specializing in music recording, sound engineering, publishing, distribution, management, as well as creative arts. Our customers are musicians, entrepreneurs, and other creators looking for a creative outlet.
Tell us about yourself
15FIFTEEN was founded by my friend and me, and we both had the vision to empower the culture musically, artistically, and informatively. For our love for music and arts, we felt It was best to join forces and bring our visions to life. Starting an entertainment company in Las Vegas, NV, is challenging, and it's a competitive market, but when you believe in your vision, the inevitable happens.
What motivates us each day is not only mentoring and coaching others but understanding time, consistency, and manifestation, as well as meeting deadlines, being able to create with other creators, and, last but not least, progression. Being able to see, hear, and regard progress is an awarding feeling and form of motivation.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
One of our biggest accomplishments is being able to operate each day. Keeping the doors open in a challenging market is a huge accomplishment. Another is being able to create in your own environment for an unlimited amount of hours.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the most challenging things that come with being a business owner is knowing the fact that there will be consistent reinvesting into the business—knowing that you get paid last. The first 3 years is always the hard part; if you can make it past those 3 years, keep going!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in your business, your brand, and or product.
- Stay consistent and be open to others, helping you grow.
- Build a structure and your foundation for your business and use it as a guideline. We believe these tips are powerful and essential to start-up companies and company growth.
