Sex, Love, + Relationship Life Coaching for ambitious women above 30 who desire more love, better sex, and healthier, more fulfilling relationships in the prime of their lives.
Tell us about yourself
After several years in the personal development industry as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I have supported hundreds of people in their transformation stories. In 2012, I developed severe postpartum depression, losing myself while juggling work, a relationship, and motherhood. I went from being a lively, vibrant woman with a spicy zest for life to a woman with low confidence, feeling totally disconnected from her pleasure and sexuality. I couldn't find fulfillment or satisfaction, as I placed my happiness in external things.
In 2017, I hired my first coach. I did some deep soul-searching to reconnect with my true essence. It was deeply transformational, and I knew I wanted to take my passion for personal transformation and go deeper.
I started my own company in 2019 and received my master's in coaching from the Institute of Coaching Mastery as a Mastery Method Coach. I am currently in extensive training as a Sex, Love, + Relationship coach at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality, mastering the VITA Method (TM).
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is being contracted for my services by one of the top pros in the coaching industry. In 2 short years, my network and affiliates are amongst the top coaches internationally. I am beyond honored to be in the presence of those who I admire so much.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing in being a business owner is managing all of the business building, branding, and back office duties that are required. I love coaching. I am great at coaching. Websites, funnels, reels, etc., not so much.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Keep a steady source of income as you build your business.
- Be willing to learn, collaborate, and ask for help.
- Hire a coach to support you, as blocks will come up that may take you out of the game.
