Kite was created with a mission dedicated to helping people use the healing wisdom of plants towards finding more balance & well-being in their lives. Each blend is Steeped In Goodness™, using 100% USDA certified organic functional botanicals. Current flavors include Rise Moringa Lemon, Align Tulsi Hibiscus, and Unwind Ashwagandha Orange. Tell us about yourself
Co-founder Michelle's background is as a teacher and holistic nutritionist, and co-founder Claudia's background is in CPG and functional foods. We both are mission-driven to help people harness the wisdom of plants and find more balance & well-being in their lives.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We are so proud of so many little accomplishments. But one major accomplishment was being recognized as the best beverage of the year by Bevnet during our launch year (2020!) amid a global pandemic.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
There is never a day off. It's both a blessing and a curse when you love what you do.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Create time to gain perspective.
- Trust your gut/ intuition.
- Surround yourself with people that are much smarter than you are.
