What's your business, and who are your customers?
People that are truly wanting to learn how to change their eating habits to better their bodies live longer and feel better. There are plenty of systems out there that work to help you lose weight BUT are dangerous, and people do not realize that till they are in the hospital and sick! We motivate and inspire through TEACHING so that it is easy to learn about your body and how it actually works, making LEARNING fun and easier to DEDICATE yourself to living longer while feeling great! Hence... TLD Nutrition & Wellness!
Tell us about yourself
I was fat, sad, and miserable, and the doctors kept recommending medication. It took me several years of failed programs and body damage before I found a program that taught me what I was doing incorrectly. I knew there were plenty of other people just like me that wanted health but were being misled about healthy lifestyles.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping women have babies just by changing what they eat.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Staying 100% on plan, you are what you preach, and maintaining that 24/7 is difficult sometimes.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a plan.
- Don't listen to Neigh Sayers.
- Sleep on it.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Take your health seriously; once it is gone, you will regret not stepping up to the plate.
